Graduated in Law from the University of Malaga in 1998. After finishing his university studies, he spent a period working in England to improve his level of English. He began practicing law in 2000, working in various law firms in Marbella, Vélez and finally in Mijas. Co-founding partner of N&B Lawyers in 2007, currently managing the Real Estate department. With mostly foreign clients who live or have interests in Spain, he advises on the purchase and sale of properties, in rural or urban areas, both individual properties and buildings or large complexes, sports centres and hotels. Adviser on issues relating to “Time Sharing”, including the conversion, adaptation and/or legalisation and sale of large complexes. Specialised in assisting judicial administrators from other countries on matters relating to persons or entities in bankruptcy or incapacity proceedings in order to liquidate their assets in Spain. Expert in corporate law, banking and taxation of non-residents. He advises both real estate agencies and individuals on both sales and investments for long-term or holiday rentals, specialising in advice on adaptation to the law that regulates tourist rentals in Andalusia. He is a registered real estate agent in Malaga (API). He speaks Spanish and English.

NOELIA NARANJO

Graduate in Law from the University of Granada (2005). Internship in a Law Firm awarded by the University of Granada. LLM in European Law from the London Metropolitan University. (2006) Registered with the ICAM as a practising lawyer since 2006. She began her professional experience in 2006 by joining the Non-Resident and Real Estate Law Department of a prestigious law firm on the Costa Del Sol. Her work was mainly related to advising non-resident clients on real estate transactions. In 2015 she joined this firm where she continues to provide comprehensive advice on the purchase and sale and transfer of properties to foreign clients. Speaks English and German. La Cala Office.

JUANA NAVAS

Graduate in Law from the University of Malaga. Erasmus scholarship at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, 1997/1998. Practicing lawyer at the Malaga Bar Association since 1999, she furthered her studies, obtaining the title of University Expert in Criminology in 2001. She specializes in Private International Law, with special emphasis on Family Law with a foreign element and inheritances. Co-founding partner of N&B Lawyers in 2007, currently heading the Litigation Department. Member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA). Member of the Spanish Association of Lawyers Specialized in Civil Liability and Insurance and of the Association of Victims of Civil Liability (ADEVI). Completed the II “University Master in Mediation” organized by the University of Malaga, obtaining the title of Expert in Mediation, in November 2008. Speaks English and Italian. Fuengirola Office

ANTONIO DÍAZ

Practicing lawyer since October 1989. Professional beginnings in a law firm in Malaga capital. In 1991 he joined a prestigious firm of Spanish and English lawyers in Mijas Costa, where, after a few years, he reached the status of senior partner. During the twenty-five years he remained in this law firm he practiced law in national and international civil, family, real estate and criminal matters, creating the firm’s tax department, dedicated to advising non-residents on tax matters. For three years, from 2016, he worked as a lawyer in a law firm in Fuengirola. In November 2019, he joined this firm to form part of the procedural, real estate and immigration departments, especially applications for residence permits for investors (Golden Visa), a field in which he has extensive experience. Among his most notable professional tasks are the constitution of the Malaga English Cemetery Foundation, the process for the purchase of the Malaga Post Office building. Speaks Spanish and English. ALEXANDRA SMITH

Born to an English father and a Finnish mother, she speaks Spanish and English and has a high level of French. She graduated in Tourism from the UNED in 2009. In 2009 she took the course on “Secretariat in Professional Legal Offices” given at the headquarters of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Malaga and as well as several other courses among which the most notable in 2015 was the one on Inheritance and Taxes. She combines her professional life with studies for a Degree in Law given by the UNED. She has extensive experience in the field of customer service and reception, and performs administrative tasks, customer service and personal assistant to the lawyers of this office. Tasks worth highlighting are the management of agendas, applications for N.I.E., applications to registries, preparation of Wills, dealings with town halls and supply companies and especially with electricity companies. She has a high level of French and is bilingual English-Spanish.

IRJA RAMÍREZ

Of Anglo-Finnish and Spanish descent, her first language being Spanish and her second language English. In 2015 she completed her high school studies and passed the university entrance exams. She is currently studying a law degree at the Isabel I University in Burgos and combines these studies with her training in this office as an administrator. In July 2016, the training centre authorised by the SEPE, Audiolis, awarded her the first certificate of practical and theoretical training as a Receptionist-Telephone Operator in general offices. In this company she carries out general administrative tasks, including organisation, information management, document management, archiving and opening of files, as well as customer service and personal assistant to lawyers and in particular to the sales department. JONATHAN RUIZ

In 2016, she completed her high school studies. She has a qualification in first aid and lifeguarding, so her work experience extends to this field. However, in 2016 she decided to go to work in England for three months to perfect her English. She currently has a high level of this language and is studying to obtain the B1 certificate. She carries out general administrative work in this company, including customer service, telephone assistance, dealing with supply companies, etc. and in particular supporting the lawyers in the sales department. DOMINIQUE GILABERT

French-Spanish national. She studied International Executive Secretariat and has since worked as an administrator in international law firms, mainly in the Real Estate and Litigation sector.

In this office, she performs administrative tasks and file monitoring, translations, customer service and assistant to the lawyers in the procedural/criminal department.

He is trilingual in Spanish-English-French with knowledge of Italian.
