FOUNDING PARTNER
Graduated in Law from the University of Malaga in 1998 and two years at the School of Legal Practice of the Malaga Bar Association.
After finishing university studies, he spent a season working in England to improve his level of English.
He began practicing law in the year 2000, working in various law firms in Marbella, Vélez and Mijas.
Co-founding partner of N&B Lawyers in 2007, currently managing the Real Estate department.
With mostly foreign clients who live or have interests in Spain, he advises on the purchase and sale of properties, in rural or urban areas, both individual properties and buildings or large complexes, sports centers and hotels.
Legal adviser of Real Estate Investment Companies.
Specialized in assisting judicial administrators from other countries in matters related to individuals or entities in the process of bankruptcy or inability to liquidate their assets in Spain.
Expert in corporate law, real estate and taxation of non-residents.
He advises both real estate agencies and individuals, both in sales and in investments to allocate them to long-term or short-term rentals, specialised in advising for adaptation to the law that regulates tourist rentals in Andalusia.
He is a registered real estate agent in Malaga (API).

Juana Navas

She studied Family Law, Private International Law and Philosophy of Law at the "Sapienza Universitá di Roma" (Italy) in 1997.

She began her procedural career in 1999, with her own office in Malaga, collaborating with a prestigious law firm in Malaga.
In 2004 she joined a renowned British law firm on the Costa del Sol.

Antonio Diaz
Graduated in Law from the University of Malaga.
Practicing lawyer since October 1989. Professional beginnings in a law firm in Malaga city. In 1991 he joined a prestigious Spanish and English law firm in Mijas Costa, where, after a few years, he became a senior partner. During the twenty-five years that he remained in this law firm, he practiced law in national and international civil, family, Real Estate Law and criminal matters, creating the firm's tax department, dedicated to advising non-residents on tax matters.
For three years, from 2016, he practiced as a lawyer in a legal firm in Fuengirola.
In November 2019, he joined this firm to be part of the procedural, Real Estate Law and immigration departments, especially residence permit applications for investors (Golden Visa), a matter in which he has extensive experience.
Among his most notable professional tasks it is worth mentioning the constitution of the English Cemetery Foundation of Málaga, the process for the purchase of the Málaga Post Office building.

Noelia Naranjo
Graduated in Law from the University of Granada (2005).

She began her professional career in 2006, joining the Non-Resident and Real Estate Law Department of a prestigious law firm on the Costa Del Sol. Her work was mainly related to advising non-resident clients on real estate transactions.
In 2015 she joined this Firm where she continues to provide comprehensive advice on the sale and transfer of properties to foreign clients.
